Warranty Policy

At Amersys Collections, we want you to shop with confidence. This Warranty Policy explains how warranties work for the electronics, gadgets, and electrical supplies sold in our store.

1. Warranties Offered by Amersys Collections

  • Store warranty: Amersys Collections does not offer its own in-house warranty on products, unless a warranty is clearly stated in the product description or confirmed to you in writing.
  • Our Return & Refund Policy still applies: If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will help you with a replacement, repair, exchange, or refund as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

2. Manufacturer and Brand Warranties

  • Where a warranty applies: Some products may come with a warranty provided by the manufacturer or brand. When this is the case, the warranty length and conditions are stated in the product description on the item's page.
  • If no warranty is stated: If the product description does not mention a warranty, no warranty is offered on that item by Amersys Collections. If you are unsure, please contact us before buying and we will confirm the details for you.
  • Warranty terms differ by brand: The length, coverage, and conditions of a manufacturer warranty are set by the manufacturer, and they can differ from one product to another.
  • Basic electrical items: Basic electrical items and consumables, such as standard cables and wiring, usually do not carry a manufacturer warranty unless the product description says so.

3. If Your Product Develops a Fault

  1. Check the product listing: Look at the product description on our website to see whether a warranty applies and how long it lasts.
  2. Keep your proof of purchase: Please keep your order confirmation, order number, or delivery or collection receipt. You may need it for a warranty claim.
  3. Contact us: Tell us your order number and describe the fault. Where a manufacturer warranty applies, we will do our best to point you to the right service channel for the brand.
  4. Contact the manufacturer: Where a warranty applies, you may also contact the manufacturer's authorised service center directly.

Warranty cover does not usually include damage caused by misuse, accidents, liquid damage, improper installation, unauthorised repairs, or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions. Please see the Electronics and Product Use section of our Terms of Service.

4. Your Consumer Rights

This Warranty Policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable Kenyan consumer protection law. Where the law gives you rights that are more favourable than this policy, those rights apply.
