Return & Refund
Return Window & Eligibility

- Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all original accessories, components, cables, and proof of purchase.
- Electronics Note: Serial numbers and security seals must be intact; items with liquid, physical, or misuse damage are ineligible.
How Returns Work
- Request Approval: Contact support before sending items back. Unauthorised returns are not accepted.
- Return Address: Kasarani, Nairobi 100, Kenya (instructions provided upon request approval).
- No Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.

- Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
